Al is focused on coaching leaders of all types, from C-suite executives to non-profit leaders, as well as clinical leaders, including physicians and nurses, in the relentless support of the challenging journey that they face.
Al leverages his extensive executive background in operational excellence, organizational effectiveness and team building skills in his coaching of leaders in hospitals, health systems, as well as non-profit organizations of all types, to drive results and achieve peak performance. As a former CEO and C-suite executive, Al is an expert in navigating the interpersonal and political challenges of complex environments that leaders face everyday and is skilled at supporting leaders to solve the problems they face along the way.
